PRM04: Asset Maintenance Training Package

Construction and Property Service Industry Skills Council

The resources are designed to assist people obtain recognition for units of competency from Certificate II and III Asset Maintenance (Fire Protection Equipment) that are also part of the ODS and SGG Extinguishing Agent Handling Licences.

  • PRMPFES53A Participate in workplace safety arrangements

The Resource Kit contains a range of standardised training/teaching resources, learning materials and assessment tools.

NSW Department of Education and Training

Materials have been developed to support two qualifications from PRM04 Asset Maintenance Training Package.

  • PRM30204 Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Pest Management Technical)
  • PRM40204 Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance (Pest Management)

Completion of these materials cover requirements for a NSW WorkCover Pest Management license and timber pest accreditation and partial completion of a National Qualification.
