AQTF 2007 Logo - Conditions of Use
Download the logo Conditions of Use (PDF, 26kb) 1. The AQTF 2007 logo has been created for the collective use of the eight state and territory education and/or training departments, registering and accrediting bodies, the National Audit and Registration Agency (NARA), and the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR). The AQTF 2007 logo is managed by DEEWR.
2. 3. The NQC, through its Quality Standing Committee, authorises you to use the AQTF 2007 logo, subject to the terms and conditions set out in these Conditions of Use.
4. You must comply with any directions given by the NQC, or its delegate including the NQC Quality Standing Committee, regarding use of the AQTF 2007 logo and comply with the NQC’s guidelines for AQTF 2007 logo usage. These guidelines are published on the AQTF 2007 website and may be amended by the NQC from time to time.
5. 6. You are also permitted to use the AQTF 2007 logo on materials including, but not limited to; printed publications, web based (electronic) publications and presentations that have been endorsed for national use by the NQC or its delegate, with the primary aim of promoting AQTF 2007.
7. You agree to allow the NQC or its delegate, on reasonable notice, to audit your compliance with these Conditions of Use. You agree you will cooperate with the NQC and comply with any of its requests for the production of any information or printed matter from you relating to the AQTF 2007 logo.
