| A vital component of this Certificate is the completion of 160 hours of work placement, which allows learners to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. For those already active in the sector, demonstration of all requisite competencies can satisfy this work placement prerequisite. Learners have the option to initiate their own work placement within a suitable organisation, pending approval by Hader Institute of Education. If the learner’s current employer can provide all essential resources to meet the training package requirements, it will be authenticated by Hader Institute of Education. However, if a learner lacks a conducive workplace or cannot secure one, our Work Placement Coordinator at the Hader Institute of Education will facilitate an appropriate placement. |
