Course Overview
This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to safely operate a slewing mobile crane with a Maximum Rated Capacity (MRC) of up to 60 tonnes in accordance with all relevant legislative responsibilities. Slewing mobile crane means a mobile crane incorporating a boom or jib that can be slewed.
Following the successful completion of this unit, individuals may be eligible to sit an assessment to obtain a high-risk work licence. Successfully completing the high-risk work licence assessment will allow an individual to apply for a high-risk work licence through the WHS authority in their jurisdiction (E.g. WorkSafe QLD, SafeWork NSW, Work Safe VIC).

Entry Requirements
Students must be over 18 years old for mandated assessment. High-risk work licence assessments are generally held on the final day of the training course.
Kallibr Training requires students to also hold a CPCCLDG3001 Licence to perform dogging to undertake this course.
