Our Certified Project Management Professional course is designed to equip you with these skills while setting you up for a rewarding career in a growing profession.
This course covers the key fundamentals of project management with widely used methodologies PRINCE2®, Agile Project Management and Scrum. You’ll learn about project initiation, process management, documentation development, task management and risk management, as well as managing stakeholders and vendors.
Further modules introduce you to automation for offloading routine tasks and how to effectively communicate with stakeholders to achieve efficiency in the execution of your projects. The Certified Project Management Professional course is ideal for both current and aspiring project managers or professionals who manage technology projects.

- Scrum Principles: This topic discusses the six Scrum principles Empirical Process Control, Selforganization, Collaboration, Value-based Prioritization, Time-boxing, and Iterative Development
- Scrum Aspects: This section describes the five aspects that are important considerations for all Scrum project—Organization, Business Justification, Quality, Change, and Risk
- Scrum Phases and Processes: Scrum processes address the specific activities and flow of a Scrum project. These processes are grouped into five phases—Initiate, Plan & Estimate, Implement, Review & Retrospect, and Release
- Scrum Case Study: Apart from learning Scrum concepts, we will also be using a Scrum case study. The case study provides an end to end real-life simulation of how Scrum works.
