This three-day instructor-led course provides all the information about the Commvault environment core components including:

- MediaAgent design
- Agent deployment
- Storage configuration
- Data security
The class is balanced between technical discussions using detailed diagrams and whiteboard sessions, and hands-on labs using an Education Services CVLab environment focusing on the Commvault Command Center™.
This training course is run by Commvault, utilising a Commvault trainer.

Assessment
Exam
The Commvault Professional Foundations Exam is included as part of this course. The exam validates the skills required to configure and administer a CommCell® environment using the Commvault Command Center. It proves a professional level skillset in the areas of CommCell Administration, Storage Administration, and CommCell Core Components.
The exam is 75 minutes in duration and consists of 30 questions. A passing grade is 75% (23 correct answers).
Passing both this Foundations Exam and the Advanced Exam will result in obtaining the Commvault Certified Professional certification.
