Training is not a ‘quick fix’ or a ‘one-off’ it is a process of learning, understanding and doing repeatedly over time; built layer by layer. Possessing “The gift of the gab” or “mountains of charisma” are proven to be secondary in importance to having terrific listening skills, great questioning skills and a religious devotion to being organised and being personally accountable to your metrics.
