Coaching Essentials by IECL is delivered through a hybrid model, including online discussion forums and reading resources in a social learning community, and a one day experiential workshop, which you can attend virtually from the comfort of your own home or office.

Delivery

Coaching Essentials by IECL is delivered through a hybrid model, including a half day virtual workshop, live on Zoom, plus the opportunity to embed your skills using IECL’s customised AI Coaching Agent in hyper-realistic (and fun) online role plays in the privacy of your own laptop!
