Our nationally accredited BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business (Administration) is designed to equip you with the training needed to perform complex administrative and operational duties. Learn how to hone your leadership skills, write complex documents, and demonstrate the leadership needed to make a difference in your workplace.

Students will receive a free 12-month student membership to the Australian Institute of Office Professionals (AIOP), the peak industry association for office professionals, giving you access to networking events, professional development opportunities and seminars.
