Are Veterinarians in high demand?

A career in animal care is extremely rewarding and veterinarians are in extremely high demand. Australia-wide we are currently facing a shortage due to a large amount of training required to become qualified. This shortage is currently being combatted through reaching out to young people to discuss the kinds of careers they can have in this industry. Often veterinarian and vet nurse careers can lead to senior leadership and management positions. Some of these positions include clinical manager, practice manager or training coordinator.
