FAQs

How do I become a good childcare worker?

Industry Leader Answer
Being engaged in children’s learning outcomes is key to excelling in this career. If you enjoy children but do not have a great amount of interest in learning, then working in a playgroup or nannying may be a better option for you. But if you want to see children gain valuable skills and develop through learning, then focusing on children’s outcomes and spending time on planning their learning program, will mean both you and the children will gain a lot of out of each day.
