This unit is designed for students who have or are likely to acquire managerial responsibility and/or who have leadership aspirations. Students will be required to critically analyse current theories and practices of management and leadership, as well as engage in the development of personal leadership attributes and strengths
This unit equips the students to fully understand the business information through accounting and know how to interpret it. This unit allows the student to gain knowledge in reading accounting reports, interpreting information and analyse and project future change and growth.
This unit equips the students to fully understand the development and implementation of organisational strategy by representing the concerns and issues surrounding human resources, including diversity, staffing, employment law and training and development.
The aim of this unit is for students to develop knowledge and skills regarding key concepts in marketing, understanding the marketing environment, and demonstrate critical marketing planning, implementation and evaluation skills.
This unit explores the fundamental issues regarding the corporate component of managing an organisation. Students will be provided with the opportunity to develop current corporate governance knowledge, develop the capacity to analyse and report on key corporate governance issues, and demonstrate an understanding of current legal and risk management challenges within public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

This unit focuses on a core set of skills in financial statement analysis, firm cash flows and risk and return, valuation, investment decisions, working capital management, firm value, strategy and planning necessary in corporate finance positions.
This unit provides an overview of the major Australian financial institutions, markets and monetary processes. It is aimed to assist students to develop a thorough understanding of finance within the Australian context.
