What certifications do you need to be a social worker?

To become a social worker, you must successfully complete a related certificate, such as one of the following:

• Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (Community Rehabilitation) (HLT43015)
• Certificate IV in Youth Work (CHC40413)
• Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs (CHC43215)
