The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment gives the option for domestic students to join synchronous learning activities as well as study remotely. This allows you to study flexibly from the comfort of your own home (or any other place you enjoy studying).

You’ll be empowered to study in your own time, with regular online meetings with your trainer to provide you with learning support and assessment advice.

ACBI’s academic team will also support you in structuring your studies and using a study plan so that you stay on track.

Entry requirements

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment has specific entry requirements. Those entering this qualification must be able to demonstrate vocational competence in their proposed teaching and assessing area. Vocational competence is defined as broad industry knowledge and experience, and may include, but is not limited to, holding a relevant unit of competency or qualification.

ACBI Additional entry requirements include:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrolment.
  • Minimum 2 Years equivalent workplace experience
  • Have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number
  • Have access to Microsoft Office suite or equivalent
  • Have dedicated internet access
  • Ability to read and write English and display numeracy skills to at least Year 10 level
