CAL’s Dual Diploma of Business and Advanced Diploma Business you’ll gain key business management skills through the Diploma, then further develop these skills with a strategic focus in the Advanced Diploma, expanding your career opportunities from business management roles to senior and executive levels.

With the Diploma, you’ll be equipped with skills in budget management, finances and communication, developing policies for sustainability and managing business resources. You’ll then take these skills to the next level with the Advanced Diploma where you’ll build your knowledge in business strategy development, work health and safety, change management and corporate social responsibility.

Entry requirements

  • To satisfy the entry requirements for this Advanced Diploma, you must be able to demonstrate that you have either completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package or that you have two (2) years’ equivalent full-time relevant work experience in an operational or leadership role within an enterprise.
  • For those that haven’t met the entry requirements yet, we also offer the option to combine this qualification with our Diploma of Leadership & Management (BSB50420) as a total pathway package, so you can complete the required diploma first, then continue on to complete your advanced diploma, all in one seamless dual qualification.
