Pharmacy is the second most in-demand industry for Australian graduates, second to medicine. The full-time employment rate for undergraduates was at 71.8% in 2017. Pharmaceutical careers are almost always guaranteed to be in demand due to the demand from hospitals, chemists and academics. All healthcare courses have a compulsory requirement that its students complete an internship in order to graduate.
