Administration covers a wide area of capabilities, but I would say it is the smooth day to day running of an office. It can be anything from answering phones to minuting meetings. Administration capabilities would include an organised personality as it flows into the organisation of tasks and being able to prioritise and complete tasks according to deadlines. I would include quick thinking, sharp memory and being solution minded helps.
