Delivery

The course is delivered online. There is an optional weekly support session with the course trainer, delivered via Zoom, to complement the online learning materials.

Entry requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrolment
  • Must have completed a qualification at Certificate III level or higher, OR
  • Hold a minimum of two years equivalent full-time work experience in a role that requires the use of written documentation and communication
  • Must have access to a workplace
