Duration and Study Load
Your study will be part-time two nights per week and run between 45- 58 weeks depending on your level of experience in the industry. You will be expected to commit to 7 hours of allocated class time and up to 8 hours or more of assessment completion outside of class each week.

We can offer you a Diploma of Building and Construction online through our virtual classroom or in-person depending on your location and requirements.
Entry Requirements
Standard: No entry requirements
Experienced: Must have at least 5 years of current Australian Building and Construction experience or a CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)
Professional Recognition
Licensing bodies in NSW, VIC and WA recognise this as an approved qualification for domestic registration and licensing purposes.
The Victorian Building Authority (VBA) also recognise this as an approved qualification for commercial registration and licensing purposes.
Assessment
Assessment combines classroom participation, observation, practical and written presentation and self-paced exercises online in the students’ own time. They will also be assessed on the development of a portfolio of evidence throughout the duration of the course.
