During this course, you will learn the necessary skills to manage, co-ordinate and/or deliver person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities. You can become an advocate in areas such as family welfare, community health, employment services and disability services. Due to the case management requirements of this qualification, we recommend that students be working in the field prior to commencing this course.

If you want to develop your career in Community Services and help the disadvantaged by empowering them to have a voice, this nationally recognised qualification is for you.

With demand for qualified, skilled case workers on the rise, this could be your first step on the path to leading a successful career as a case manager.
