Statistically speaking, almost everyone will change jobs several times throughout their careers.  Plenty of people begin apprenticeships later in life and this was especially true for mature age apprentice carpenter, Jason. We chatted with Jason about his experience as a mature age apprentice and how he's found learning again later in life.
