Tasks and responsibilities for a Scrum Master
Scrum masters act as coaches, facilitators, and agile experts. Their responsibilities include:

How to become a Scrum Master

One of the best ways to start your journey is by enrolling in agile courses, such as Scrum Mastery or Agile Pathways programs. These courses offer in-depth training on agile principles and Scrum theory, helping you develop the skills needed to guide team members effectively.
