What is Virtual learning?
Virtual learning uses collaborative software applications to provide the benefits of face to face learning such as real-time interaction between students and educators, but with the flexibility of students being able to log on from the comfort of their home or workplace.
The course is completed over 12 fortnightly workshops across 6 months through Virtual learning.
Entry Requirements
- Complete the LLN pre requisite
- Participants must be able to communicate effectively with other people both in writing and orally
Recognition of Prior Learning
The Certificate IV Leadership and Management offers pathways for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer, allowing you to fast-track your qualification based on your previous experience and education.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
If you have prior work experience or have developed skills relevant to leadership and management, you may be eligible for RPL. This process assesses your existing knowledge and skills against the qualification requirements, reducing the time and study needed to complete the course.
Credit Transfer
If you have previously completed formal qualifications or units of competency that are relevant to this course, you may be eligible for credit transfer. This allows you to receive credit for units you’ve already completed, eliminating the need to repeat learning.
Assessment
Assessment of the course is through a combination of practical activities and workbooks. Students are required to complete workbooks outside of class time.

- Access to a computer with a Chrome browser and the internet
- Microsoft Office 365
