Before enquiring, please check if this course is right for you:

  1. You must be an Australian citizen or resident. We are not CRICOS registered and cannot accept enrolments from International Student Visa holders (Subclass 500).

  2. This course is delivered through live virtual classes. Students must be available to attend two daytime classes each week (Monday and Tuesday, 9:00am – 3:00pm) over approximately 26 weeks.

  3. To be eligible for government funding for this program, you must be unemployed and seeking work, or currently working no more than 20 hours per week. Other eligibility criteria also apply.

If you’re completing the Certificate IV in Business through our virtual classroom format in WA with government funding, you must participate in a minimum of two (2) face to face sessions run consecutively each week via a structured delivery schedule for a minimum of 26 weeks to remain eligible.

Entry requirements

There are no formal academic prerequisites for this course. However, students must:

  • Be at least 15 years of age and no longer enrolled in secondary school

  • Provide a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI)

  • Supply two forms of identification, including one with a current WA residential address

  • Complete a Language, Literacy & Numeracy (LLN) assessment to ensure suitable study readiness
