On successful completion of this course, students will have theoretical and technical knowledge in:
- Developing and implementing IT-based solutions to information problems
- Enterprise systems used by medium and large organisations, including for areas such as Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Business Process Management (BPM)
- Data analytics, including applying statistical methods, using data warehouses and conducting predictive analytics
- Using Business Intelligence architecture, frameworks and management practices
- Managing Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) processes and systems
- Applying strategic approaches to tackling complex business problems

Duration and Study Load
- Full time duration: 3 years (applicable to both international and domestic students)
- Part time duration: 4-6 years (applicable to domestic students only)
- Approximately 36 hours of study each week during term time including 9 hours of classes (for full time students)

- In Class – On campus in Sydney or in Melbourne
Entry Requirements
- Domestic Students must be 17 or older
- Applicants must have completed Year 12 (or equivalent)
- Entry is also available through evidence of relevant work experience

Recognition of Prior Learning
Applications for credit are usually lodged by the student prior to enrolment into a program or relevant unit/s of study. At the latest, applications need to be lodged by the end of week 2 of the trimester in which the relevant unit/s are being taken. When applying for credit, students are to complete and submit a Credit Application Form and provide the required evidence and/or supporting documentation to the Registrar. All evidence and documentation provided needs to be in English and needs to be authentic.
There is a limit of 50% of the course via RPL.
Assessment
- You will learn through research, case scenarios, practical software application to prevent and protect virtual assets and forensic tools for investigation
Pathways
- The bachelor course can lead to postgraduate studies including a Masters program, graduate certificate or graduate diploma course
